1. Roll the shoulders back and down as you take a seat on a bench.
2. Place your hands besides your hips on the bench with the fingertips facing the feet, and off the bench so only the heel of each hand contacts the bench.
3. Step forward so your knees are bent, and hips are torso are at a 90 degree angle.
4. Lower your tailbone to the ground, bending your knees, elbows and shoulders. Lower until shoulders and elbows are roughly parallel.
5. Push down through the heels of the hands into the bench to return to the start position.
